Log into your account, go to "My Trips," select your booking, and click "Cancel Booking." If you're eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after cancellation confirmation. However, the actual time depends on your bank or card issuer—some may take up to 15 business days to reflect the refund in your account. Contact your bank if you haven't received it after 15 days.

Yes! You can modify your booking dates, room type, or guest count (subject to availability) without cancelling. Go to "My Trips" and click "Modify Booking." Changes to non-refundable rates may result in price differences.
